A life-long member of Sydney's Bondi Beach Surf Club has become the oldest person yet to swim the English Channel. Grandfather Cyril Baldock completed the swim just three months shy of his 71st birthday in a time of 12 hours 45 minutes. Cyril told 5 live that the advice his trainer gave him was 'to keep swimming till you run out of water'.
