week for all the in Ricks channel team

Claire doing storming swims at the European
masters in London , then going onto Spain to swim at the Best Fest swimming festival , Ross
& Stu in Durley , training with the Great Durley Sea swim Team ,..the guys doing
well over 2hrs in 12 degree water,
Rob swimming
loads and doing 100s of miles on his bike in Kuala Lumpur and Charlie &
Basher swimming mile , after mile , after mile at cliff lakes ...great effort everyone
