| Pip`s Double channel team 2013.. we did it...;-))
Pip’s Channel Swim team (also known as Big Ricks) have successfully completed a two way swim of the English Channel in 20 hours and 40 minutes.
Late on Monday(15/7/13) evening , After 13 months of hurt from last year’s disappointment , we have achieved what we set out to do.....
A double swim of the English channel...!!!!!!!
we completed our swim with Bob Cash taking the last leg in total darkness , swimming into Shakespeare beach around 10.45 on Monday evening – its was emotional experience for us all...

It’s not the clearest channel route map you will ever see,
but it will do until we get the real channel map in a few months time...
We pretty much started and finished in the same spot...
We love that it’s held down by 2 pints of beer, a camera and Union Jack flag...
That just about sums up Big Ricks Swim Team perfectly don`t
you think....! R
