Ricks joined our swan pool winter Buddies for
another Sunday morning Multi sport Adventure Series event...sun was out but
winter is coming ...car outside temp was reading 3 degrees , Richards water
temp gauge was reading an alarming 7 degrees..but swim we did , as well as
Bike,Run,Row,Kayak,Bike Carry,Bike Push, and a new event People Carry laps
..now whats i call a multi sports triathlon..
really fun morning , done in great company .10/11/13
