of his amazing adventure . Just the 87 miles to run, the channel to swim and
180 mile bike to Paris!
Paul ,ran the 87 miles from London to Dover in 21h55m Paul then. Swam The English channel in 17h25m all 22 miles of it

it’s amazing , now its bike time..!

exactly level with where paul landed from the swim at 5.30 this morning.! .

but why..??? Paul undertook the Arch to Arc triathlon to help The Aspire
Charity to help others who have spinal cord injures to have better of
lives ... what a man.!!
