| Time for Another lovely Sunday morning of outdoor sport , . it was Beautiful sunny and if slightly chilly morning at the lake today.. with a the air temp of around 2 degrees , and the water temp around 8 or 9 degrees .. it would be the first real cold water dip of the winter |

100 seconds in 8 degree water , easy for a channel legend   come on...8 degrees is not cold .!!! 
Once the swim is finished ,
is time to Bike , Run , Kayak , Canoe , Knee-board, Row ,
Bike-carry , Bike-run , and more.......!
