Now that's what we
call A Real Open Water Swim .!!
its 8am Sunday morning , you’re at a lake , its cold , its lashing down with rain , the water is lovely warm 13. , and you have to swim an hour + in just your trunks.!! heaven in fact the only thing missing to make it a perfect swim .....would be if My Ricks Channel Team mates had turned up ;-)))..!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmmm cheers to Oldbury STC - Triathlon for turning up in even shocking weather to run the safety.

Now Dan and the Sandwell Lifeguards have relocated to Cliff lakes OW venue in Kingsbury , we have a new team running Open Water swimming at Swan Pool Oldbury STC are now in charge of all things Open Water from May to September . anyone wanting to swim Must join the Oldbury STC Team. This was Pauls 1st event in his own personal challenge
for Macmillan Cancer Support
" 7 @ 47 "
To celebrate becoming coming 47 yrs young last weekend,
he thought it would be fun to try and do
7 events in 4 straight weekends
we wish him luck
