swim this morning was just beautiful ..
conditions at the Quarry were perfect .
was a lovely 14 degrees , water was Crystal clear..

Big Ricks Four Way English Channel Relay

its Big Ricks 10th anniversary year 

and Mel.Paul.Rayn.Ross.Charlie.Stuart
are planing to doing our biggest team swim EVER

It September the team are attempting to be
 the 1st team ever from Great Britain 
to swim four ways across the English Channel . 

British Heart Foundation 

The swim this year  in aid of supporting the British Heart Foundation,

a charity really close to the foundation of the team, plus the Marine Conservation Society who are fighting the good fight against plastics 

choking up our oceans. All funds raised will be

 donated and split 50/50 between both charities.

and yes we did say Four Ways...

1st way England to France 

 2nd way France to England 

 3rd Way England to France 

 4th Way France to England ..

well over 100 miles continuous swimming , taking we think

in the region of 45 to 50 hours to complete
